Not sure if your window frame is made the same way as my 1941 version, but figured it is close. As you know from assembly, getting the rubber "barb" to catch on the frame is a test of patience. Are you certain you have pressed the seal in the frame sufficiently? I recall the corners were the most difficult. Have you used some dishwashing soap solution to help lube things up for assembly? Is your window frame rusty in that corner? | | |
