| | | | Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 105 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 105 | So I'm 7 years deep into a 58 Apache restoration and I've managed to get around to starting the rebuilt 235.
Fuel is pouring out the butterfly shaft bushing, and quite honestly the carb looks like complete hell.
I need a new carb for this old girl. The old Rochester has put in many decades of service, and its time to move on.
I see Carter makes a carb with an ever-appealing auto choke feature.
What do you guys think? Is this a wise move? what do you kings of carburation recommend?
