Tommy 'Bolter T Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,094 Metairie,La.	I believe the 3sp overdrive was an SM319. It will bolt in place of the original 3 speed and use the original linkage. You may have to change the cover on the side of the transmission with the original one. Tommy 59 apache 1/2t 261 short stepside
