Thanks for the idea on the steering column, I did a quick google on your suggestion and found that others had the same problem as I'm having and they reported the same solution! I'll definitely be reading more about that!
I've searched for a factory shop manual, but the only one I've found so far is not for the '68 (It's a '71, which while similar, isn't exact.)
Any good sources for factory shop manuals (Or owner's manual, for that matter...)
