I like the idea of a magnetic drain plug. I can look at it at every oil change and cringe if there is a bunch of iron on it.
Without that I can only guess what is in the filter.
Maybe I should rethink using a magnetic drain plug.
Sometimes ignorance can be bliss...
If I think about it, what am I going to do if I see metal on the magnet? Stop driving? Tear it down? Nope.
