An MII setup may be easily adapted to 8 lug also.
Most MII suspensions are now using Dodge ball joints, which were used on B series vans throughout their lifespan. The Mopar vans had similar length springs, although much more spring rate.
It may be as simple as installing a Dodge front spindle and adjusting the Kingpin angle. | | |
