Tune-up parts for a 235 of the same year should work- - - -spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires, points and condenser, etc. should be a direct swap. If you pull the oil filter element and clean it up, you should be able to cross-reference whatever brand and number is in there now to something that's available currently. Last resort, just button up the canister without a filter element inside for the time being, just to get it running.
