Does the end in the lamp housing get crimped or glued/etc? Use Silicone. There is no strain on the conduit.
Where does the other end get positioned (is there a hole in the frame? There are 3 (2 small, 1 large) holes in the side of the frame just before the bumper bracket bolts. Conduit goes through the larger hole. Rig up some sort of clamp (Tie Wrap, etc.) to hold the conduit in place.
