In the 4L60E and newer transmissions GM always recommended putting in a product called "Lube Guard". This product will free up valve body problems.
Most FLAPS have this in stock. Make sure you get the Lube Guard for GM products and DON'T OVER FILL IT!! If that doesn't work then take the transmission back to guy who rebuilt it!
