turns out mine is a 59 not a 58. I have not found the frame vin number yet, but the door panel matches the title, so I think it is all the same original truck.
Found a heavy duty lug wrench star in my cousins shop last night. Two of the ends have deep square nuts behind the normal socket head. Have not tried yet, but I am guessing that one will fit the inner lugs on my truck.
