That's what they are called in several Ebay listings. It gets you the right area, the right purpose. I don't have a truck to look at so can't get specific. Saw several EBAY parts like yours and those were the names. Best I can do. From the shape and the distance between mounting tabs of those brackets you should be able to figure it out by observing the grille, the upper filler and the lower filler (which you are missing). I found three listings, some were for 59 Chevy cars.
But there is a guy who says truck."Lower Grille Support".
Maybe a Stovebolt member with a 58/59 will respond. I don't have mine anymore.
