29tons 'Bolter 2 Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 305 Boyertown Pa	no its a sm420 the engine is a 1954 235. everything I read said the top 2 bolts would fit but the bottom 2 would need to be drilled out.and the center hole would need to be machined out larger but the top 2 are not even close.
