As I posted above, they have the same water pump as was used on the 1954 standard transmission truck 235 engine.
I only have one of those engines in NC. I cannot see the casting number.
It looks to me that the two parts manuals that I have have slightly different/conflicting/confusing listings. I think the Hydra-Matic transmissions that came with an optional cooler used a different water pump (they must have been water/coolant cooled?). | | |
