Just to clarify my previous post.
The torque spec. below:

Note: Correction - Torque Specifications August 1950
Universal Joint yoke attaching bolt were 25-30 Ft. Lbs. but were changed to 15-20 Ft. Lbs. Torque

The above spec. is for the one bolt Illustration, Group # 4.405 that holds the front yoke to the main transmission output shaft. (click picture to zoom)

The four U-Joint bolts or cap screws Illustration, Group # 5.586 are tightened to 25-30 ft.lbs.Torque
Read number 3. under Assembly

In summary:
The four U-Joint bolts or cap screws, 25-30 ft.lbs. Torque
The one U-Joint front yoke attaching bolt, 15-20 Ft. Lbs. Torque

Don't forget the two U-Joint bolts/cap screws lock plates.
