That's a pretty common problem, especially if you have a metal building. My shed has what I call "hot zones," places you get signal, places you don't.
I've looked into some signal boosters, where you put an antenna outside and have a repeater inside. Not for sure how well they work. Not for sure if I want to go through the trouble either.
