Chaz, you just keep adding to a post about grills. The best thing to do if your intention is to document your progress/build is to start a thread in the Project Journal Forum or the DIYT Sub-Forum in the welcome center. This will get you more exposure. If you have a specific question about a certain item or task then post that question in the appropriate forum for that item or task. Hope this helps.
