If i remember right the wood pieces go between the cab and frame at about the middle of the cab. The rubber pieces are for the rear cab mounts. The rectangular rubber is for the middle mounts the square rubber is for the rear mounts. I also made my own rubber pieces to fit between the frame and the front mounts.
