The panels behind my front wheels are rusted through. It was that way when I bought it. It has been in the garage since I've had it. By keeping it completely dry will that inhibit further rusting at all or will it continue with the same vengence as it would outside? I know I'll eventually need to replace those panels & cut out rust in other places but don't want to spend the time on the rust, yet. Thank.
