Yup. But the one rod was way-light and they would have had to make toothpicks out of the others. Machinist had access to other rods from a friend at another machine shop so initially was not concerned. Even though they were supposed to have come out of another 261, they were also light and had the casting no. the same as the one light one.

The five we are trying to match have the casting no. 964-GM146A

The light one had a casting number of 456.

So here we are......
