Going back to the original question, yes, it is factory. TF 3600's came standard with three on the tree with the parking brake lever under the dash to the left of the steering wheel that actuated the rear brakes. 3600's with 4 speeds came with the floor mounted prop shaft brake. This differs from the 3100's and 3200's that were ordered with the 4 speed because they retained the same parking brake as the three on the tree.
