Hi, I have my 1939 Chev cab on a 1980 P30 frame, "step van-bread truck frame" My hydro-boost was on the firewall, & it fits perfectly on my 1939 firewall. You should have plenty room on your 1950 cab. If you can find one, that should fix your problem.
You will want everything down to the swinging brake peddle.
