There are companies that sell both, the disc setup and the power steering set up. Look at some of the after market adds in the truck magazines. There is nothing wrong with the straight axle so long as you have good spring bushings and the king pin bushings are in good shape. All of the Big trucks on the highway have a straight axle, if it's good enough for them, it's certainly good enough for all of our little trucks.
