As a thanks to all the Bolters info an help on this site I give my experience.

Front Clip Assembly 47-54
Using Dynacorn Repro hood and fenders
(HAND TIGHT ONLY)
Front wheels should be removed for this operation!
ORDER of Assembly
Radiator support
inner fender to firewall filler panels
Inner fender skirts - 3 rear bolts only
Fenders - 1 top/rear bolt to cab flange
Fender support bracket 6 bolts each
Front fender to firewall support braces to spec. (Good starting point)
At this point the rear bottom of my fenders were too far back on the cab. I checked the cab mounts and the rear of the cab was too close to the frame and the bushings that I skipped to do another day well that would be today! It also needed 1/4" shim to bring it up to 3/4" spec. If the cab were already in spec you would need to shim up the radiator support to fix this fender to cab mismatch.
Install the hood latch panel , cowl seal and Radiator to grill lower support
Remove the hood latch bolt from the hood. Set the hood on the truck.
Here is where we see how close things are.
You might also want to stick the grill in place to check fit between fenders before any big adjustments.
At this point it will be obvious how much tweaking you have to do.
I spent another six hours fine tuning mine. I found the right side of my hood arch did not match the fender arch perfectly but I'm not sure the OEM build was much better back in the day.
This is the order I felt works the best for me anyway. I can now understand the all the other Bolters complaints about repro parts. The finish product will show your metal fab talents.
