funny thing about this thread, after all this I didn't get a measurement from floor for location of tag.

My truck cab is at a buddy's a few miles away from me. Next time I go for a visit, I'll see if I can remember to take some measurements for you. (But don't hold your breath - There are three things that happen when you get old. The first is you lose your memory and I don't remember the other two.
