Ever heard of the term oxymoron? It's when two contradicting terms are used in the same sentence to describe the same thing, i.e. jumbo-shrimp, cruel-kindness, best-most economical epoxy primer...
Not much economical about epoxy primer. I use PPG and have always had good results, but it's not cheap.
