A small screw driver, a hammer, patience, bandages, and a big cuss jar is all you need. You will need to chisel it out one tiny piece at a time. After you get the old one out, fold up a piece of 100 grit sandpaper and run it back and forth to clean out the track so the new one will slide into place (keep the cuss jar handy for this).
