If it looks right, it may be right.
If it looks wrong, it's wrong.
I hope you never put so much load in the truck so that all that clearance is necessary! It looks like the pipe is well above the bump stop. I would fix it.
On our truck, I am routing the exhaust so that it exits in front of the rear wheel. Much simpler, IMO.
