If you have a jobber who handles Wanger or Raybestos, see if they can find a listing.
If all else fails, look in your local Yellow Pages under "Hydraulic Equipment and Supplies" or "Hydraulic Hoses", and find an oufit that makes hydraulic hoses to order....if you plainly specify that what you need is a clutch hose (they won't assume liability for making brake hoses), they might be able to replicate your original.
My local "hose barn" made-up new hose for my 50 year-old pressure bleeder...worth a look-see.
