Sounds like you know what you are asking and I don't. No offence meant. Your second post really thru me. First I thought it was a bent frame near a hanger bracket or shackle bracket somewhere....then loosening Ubolts and adding gussets and the pieces of steel flew into my cuckoo's nest.
