I was thinking about mounting a tall ammo can in the bed of my '65 for a toolbox/storage box and putting a padlock on it. They seal and keep out the weather pretty well and isn't too big.

Had to go look at the WWII water can I have to see if it had a spigot at the bottom like the newer ones have, but it doesn't. It is lined with porcelain or ceramic though.

My grandpa has an air tank from a B-17 that he uses as a portable tank for filling tires. That would make a good looking fuel tank.
