I think the question is about bolts/studs, not the nuts.

Still need more info on what bolt pattern and wheels in question, something sounds fishy.

For the studs though I'd start at NAPA or another auto parts store with paper catalogs with pictures, an original stud to compare, and a pair of calipers to measure with.
