I used this stuff that's just called "epoxy" i think it's for bonding rear view mirrors & glass back into mirrors but it holds tight. After i just used fine grit sanding paper, painted the wheel it's copy of original colors, & then clearcoated. All of which was cheap spray/rattle cans but worked Verrry nice I think.
