Is this on an AD?
The best thing to use would be the black 3M windshield cement. However, this will only work temporarily and the best way to fix it is to replace the gasket. I would use one from Steele Rubber. I have not been overly happy with other brand gaskets. You can remove the gasket without destroying the glass by poking a hole through it and using a length of wire as a saw through the gasket. Always replace it when changing the glass.
