Hi all. I am new on here and recently just acquired a '54 Chevy 3100. It was my father-in-laws and has been sitting on the side of his barn for 22yrs. He said it got parked there when the 3rd transmission went out and he was just done repairing it. The truck was dropped off to me just about a week or so ago and I started stripping it down to see what all needs to be replaced and so forth. Appears the entire cab floorboard is gone, rear cab corners, bottom of doors, and bed is gone. I wanted to do the patina look with a built LS1 motor but now it appears the patina look is out the window since it needs a lot of body work. Not a huge deal but a bit unfortunate. I am hoping there is a lot of knowledge on here to help guide me through converting the truck to an LS1. I am not positive if we can post pictures or not. If so, does anyone know the coding to do that or is it links to pictures only? Pictures are currently on photobucket.
