Hi, new recruit here. I recently picked up a 1965 Chevy/GMC daily driver project truck. I'm not sure exactly what truck I have because the VIN and data plate in the cab both say GMC, but everything else outside and inside are Chevy parts. I tried to find the partial VIN on the frame, but didn't locate it. Any ideas? Someone years ago swapped the engine out for a 350 and a newer transmission. They also gave it a poor paint job. Otherwise it's a decent truck and I'm glad to be able to save it and keep it going.
