I believe he was looking for a rear fender rear patch panel. The ones you linked are for the front of the rear fenders. They do work well, though.
I was looking at a Brother's Truck catalog and originally mistook a front fender rear patch for what he was describing (a rear rear patch panel). When I posted I searched about everywhere I could think of, but wasn't able to find them.
