If you have a one piece front end that will lead people to think that the truck is modified and would not be a SLEEPER.
The money that you would waste on tilting the front end would be better spent on having a quality machine shop build you a reliable engine so that you dont have to spend a whole lot of time in the engine bay.
IMO I think tilt front ends look stupid but that is my .02 cents
