Al top cover, 4 shift rails, came in GM, Ford, Dodge, IHC, forklift trucks. Long and short input shafts for 11" and 14" clutches. Rarely come with OD, but, if so, at the expense of larger gap in ratios, OD came from 3rd gear location, hard to go from second to fourth with a load.
Google 'New Process 540 transmission.'
A T-5 probably would not be a good choice for a hard working truck.
