Looks like the PO swapped out the front hubs for '49-'54 Passenger hubs to convert it to 5 lug to match the rear.
That is the hard part is figuring out what vehicle was used....the drum has the anti squeak springs aroud the outside, strange but at least the front and rear match...I am finding more and more of this truck that is not original...it is making this fun. Everyday I work on something and it is an adventure!
