If you pull the hub/drum off you can put a wrench on the head of the bolt to keep it from turning.
Ding ding. That makes sense. They are way way too loose. I'll get her on jackstands this week and check both sides.
65-70 ft/lbs I might need a bigger torque wrench. I'm setup for bikes not cars.
