Are they all 261 blocks?
What year truck do you want to use it in?
Front motor mounts might be different (but, easily adapted, usually).
The 1958 and later blocks will allow full-flow oil filtration (and, if already set-up/selected for full-flow oil filtration, you will need to use full-flow filtration).
