Finn - I thought you had yours powder coated?
46 - nothing to be done about pitting w/ powder coat, as they said, you can't use fillers for powder coat, the powder has to go on absolutely clean bare metal - it's a whole different process using an electrical charge to deposit the powder in an even film, then heat to 'melt and flow' the powder to stick it down - fillers can only be used under primer and paint, and powder coating won't take re-doing w/ filler/paint
