Mike Sharp and his wife founded MAR-K in 1975 and in January 2016 sold the business to David Hill former CEO of Petrosmith based out of Dallas, Tx. Hill owns a '66 GMC Pickup. Hope MAR-K Tech survives the transition. Their quality is unbeatable and will be a shame if it declines.
