As mentioned above, the BRITISH V8 T5 CHART lists the 1352-216 as a 1993 T5 from an S10 truck. That website has been wrong on a few things on occasion. Typically they have the gearing numbers incorrect.

I will assume you have a Muncie pattern bell housing.
1993 was the last year the S10 T5 had a Muncie pattern case. I have owned several of the 1993 S10 T5s and all were world class with a VSS speedo output.

It is possible that it could be a Ford case pattern if GM switched during the later part of the 1993 production. You really want to avoid a Ford case pattern in my opinion. The cost to make it work with a Muncie bell is substantial.

You would have to decide what to do about the speedometer. A CABLE-X conversion box is an option to convert VSS to a cable output but it's expensive.

My advice is this:
If it has a Ford pattern case - then pass and look for a Muncie pattern T5.
Make sure your rear diff gear will work well with an OD gear. The chart lists the 1352-216 as a 0.76 OD which will work really well with a 3.73 or 3.90 diff.
Be persistent with your search for a 1988 or earlier S10 T5 because they have a cable speedo connection. I usually find about 3 per year but I am always on the hunt. grin
