Someone made them, probably Hurst but they are likely scarce.
I rebuilt an OD for a guy with a 65 truck. It had a shifter that was installed by the PO so he didn't know anything about it. However, it mounted higher up on the housing than the conventional 3 speed shifter and the arms cleared the solenoid. There may be a larger space between the floorboards and the trans on a 60's truck than yours so if you find one it still may not work. Deve's truck has the same transmission that you have but he has built the shifter to accommodate his vehicle.
I see no reason why it wouldn't work for other series vehicles.
