Sirs: Yes, Carter's is Jim; Painter uses products locally and likes to use one state Urethane but agreed on acrylic because it's less expensive; don't know exactly what manufacturer Carter's is using; and bottom line, I am willing to use Carter's simply because it is the exact color from when my '52 'Burb rolled off the Tarrytown, New York assembly line.
