It looks like it has two adjusting/adjustment wheels/rings, like a huck-style wheel cylinder?

There might be casting codes on the rear end-housing - post what you find and someone might be able to decode it and determine the year.

Do the front wheel cylinders have one or two adjustment rings/wheels?
