Welcome Paul, it seems like there has been quite a few from Ontario joining up in the last few months. Your truck is neither a 3100 nor a 3600 because it was assembled in Canada. We use 1300 for half ton and I think it's 1430 for 3/4 ton which yours appears to be. There are a few on here that know a whole lot more about the Canadian trucks than me.
Be sure to sort out the details before you make a deal, hard to do when it's far away. Be sure there is a title for it. Good luck.
