Having an old person moment....I posted this thread oh so long ago and didn't think I did.....and ended up doing another post on the same thing just now....

Thanks for the responses here, I have a 1953 GMC 1/2 ton Canadian, so basically its a Chevy truck with GMC badging. Its a 235 4 speed, goes slow and steady, likes to get hot but likes to go... fun truck, enjoy using it to do 'work'. Nothing like construction site stuff, but old truck stuff, like taking bottles to the depot, picking up supplies at the local hardware store or grocery shopping. Low intensity work for elderly vehicles.
