738 is a combination number with Bombay Ivory as the Upper color and Kodiak Brown as the lower (solid single color codes end with A) ..... as Tim sez, D = standard cab (small window) [E = Deluxe cab, J = standard fleetside, K = deluxe fleetside], so I think that'd be just the cab roof Ivory, rest of the truck Brown, and there was at least 2 styles of that 2-tone pattern ....
Tims previous page shows trim color [Arctic Beige] with the combo codes - good luck finding modern paint codes for any of those
